Hi @Sergio, just to give a bit of context to your joy and complete the info, here is what I received from UAD:

Moving activation to your computer means you can work totally offline, without worrying about downtime during outages.

We’ve increased your number of activation locations, so now you can use your plug-ins on up to three computers.
Your Studio On‑The‑Go
You can still activate licenses at any time on an iLok USB (v2 or v3), so you can take your plug‑ins and apps with you to any location.
I am glad for this move by UAD. I had stopped using their Lexicon and Leslie simulations because every time I had to re-activate the license (it was on the cloud) when moving from the desktop to the laptop (and sometimes the plugin seemed not activated even when I had done everything needed, at least everything I was aware of, to activate them).

Finally !!!
I am a perennial “confused of Wales” re ilOK grumbles, as I have used iLOK for years node locked to my devices and never had an issue. But maybe I have just been lucky
