I am own Cantabile Solo and have a set list and some songs with bindings. I switched to a trial version of Performer and I can’t find the bindings anymore. I thought they were tied to the songsm but when I click View > Main Panel > Bindings or Insert > Binding I am taken to the Routing window. If I click View > Background Rack I see an empty list of bindings without mine. Wherever they are, they are all still working.
bindings can actually live in different place, in Cantabile. They can be at Song level, inside racks and also in the Background rack (a rack which is available in the background and stays the same even when you load different songs).
FWIW, I never use the Menu entries to access the bindings. I use the button in the main window. You can see the button in this image just below the metronome knobs
If you only switched license, without changing Cantabile version, old bindings should be just where they were before, but I ask @brad to confirm.
Maybe you could upload a zip file with one Song which is giving you troubles, so that we can check on our systems.

P.S. The image refers to an old version of Cantabile, so it may differ from what you have. However, the position of the button is more or less the same.
To view the bindings in the Background racks, first use the menu entry
View->Background Rack
to show the background rack. Then click on “Bindings” (next to the Routing button):
You can press the ESC key to close the background rack and go back to the song.
The same applies to ordinary racks, if you use racks in your song. First open the Rack by double clicking on its name, then use the “Bindings” button to see the bindings. To give you an idea, you should see a list like this one:
Edit: The same works at song level: click on Bindings to see the list of bindings defined in your song.
P.S. In all of this, I assume that you have created the bindings in Cantabile and not in the plugin itself. Plugins ofter have their own “Learn” function and they can create “bindings” in the plugin itself which you will not be able to see in Cantabile binding list.
