Every time I connect a new device via usb it triggers all of the cantabile custom keybindings for no reason.

What you have written is a bit cryptic. What USB device? What exactly is happening?
Please post screenshots and a detailed explanation.
When I add a USB device I just see it but nothing disastrous happens.
Hope this video explanation helps. I got it wrong in post, it was about disconnection.

This is the first time I have seen this. I think it is a hardware problem or some conflicting devices.
Try enabling all logging options (Settings → Diagnostic) and send it to the developer. However, I guess it will be very difficult to reproduce the PC behaviour shown in the video.
