Unable to Log on to User Portal

I set up my account, got the confirmation email, but I get an error message
( invalid email or password) when I try to log on.

I’ve double checked my info and it is correct. I use the same email and login for the community, and I can login here…

Hi Charlie, welcome to the forum.

I’ve tested the Cantabile portal, it works fine.
You can use your licence code instead of the password.

Yes I saw that option and tried it too, with the same result.
Would deleting the program, Downloading a new copy, and trying again do any good?
My original login would have to be deleted from the server.
Who would I contact for that?

My license is only for Cantabile 4

OR… maybe doing a password reset???

But I don’t see an option for that.
I wrote down ALL the info as I typed it in,
and double checked it before completing
License format is 4 numbers , 1 letter, 4 more numbers , 1 more letter.
I have also tried every combination of my password
