Unable to enter text in Softube Plugins

Hi all!

I am asking for your help since I am unable to edit text fields in Softube plugins. I have tried Model72, Model80 and FixPhaser and they all behave the same: the keys I type on the PC keyboard are captured by Cantabile and they do not get to the plugin.
It happens both with plugins inside and outside racks. It happens with OpenGL active and inactive (you can switch OpenGL in Softube plugin settings).
I have searched the forum and the net. It seems the same problem happened to someone in Logic. However, I have tried within Reaper and there it works.
Maybe some of you can help me debug this issues (@brad ?).

Edit: just to be clear, the text fields I am talking about are the ones you get by clicking on a knob to change a parameter value by typing and also the text field to change the name of a preset…all text fields seems to be affected!

Replying to myself, in case someone needs this in the future…I have found a workaround, at least for saving/renaming presets.
By clicking on “Open/Close Collection window” (see picture) I can open the preset browser (why didn’t I think about it before?) and in the browser I can type text with no problem.

Same thing happens on Model 77 (CS-80). I don’t see this happening in Reaper or Cubase, though.

I’ve just uploaded build 4302 with a possible fix for this - at least it fixed the issue with the VST 3 version of Model 72.

For the VST 2 version it didn’t help, but I’ve checked and the keys are getting send to the plugin, but it doesn’t seem to respond to them.

Thanks, Brad. Preset naming now works fine. Checked on model 77 VST3 and Model 72 VST3 (demo).
