I tried to understand your request via online translation, but didn’t get very far - it looks like you want to transpose tracks to external MIDI devices. Do you mean tracks of a MIDI file loaded into a media player?
It would be good if you could:
- give a bit more background on your setup and what you are trying to do
- write this in English - you’ll definitely get more useful feedback in this forum then
