Any idea what I’m doing wrong?
I want my plugin, synth1 to transpose on the next state (solo) but that doesn’t work.
I tried changing transponse on plugin level also.

MIDI filters are not state controlled. They are route based and can’t be changed by states, that’s the problem. You can do the transpose from the Route control panel or have separate routes that you enable/disable with your different filters in them, (route enable/disable can be controlled by states). set the route state behavior like so to remember the transpose
now you can set the transpose for each state and it will be remembered
