Syncing on/off in states behavier?

Hi Brad,

  1. Is it possible to give a specific tempo and signature to only one plugin? This mean the plugin is not synced to the main host.(states behavier?)
  2. Is it possible to sync 2 (or more) media players where 1 media player works like a master, but not synced to the main host (here C3).
