Suggestion: Velocity to controller filter

I can’t seem to find a way to do this.
Some vst synths (in my case Diva) can’t do velocity to attack time, but they can map a cc to attack time.
Converting a note’s velocity to a cc before sending the note event might do the job (although I’m not sure if the synth would respond quickly enough).
I’m sure there are lots of other use cases
Is this something anyone else would find useful?

piz midi absolutely achieves this.
You need to introduce a tiny delay to get the CC to the plugin before the note.
