I need some more details on how you’ve got things set up.
eg: when you say ‘rhythm of the drums’ - is that a MIDI file with drum beats in it, or is it a drummer plugin listening to metronome tempo, are you syncing to external MIDI clock, are you using multiple MIDI files for different part, perhaps the drums are an audio track etc…

It is the same vst ( EZdrummer ) what changes is the track midi … starts a track for the verse and another midi track for the choir. but I must remain in sync .

Cantabile doesn’t really support this at the moment and your best bet will be to combine to the two MIDI tracks in a separate MIDI Editor program.
