Space bar doesn't start/stop transport when a plug-in has focus

Hi Brad,

When I have a plug-in open in C3, start/stop via the space bar is disabled.

It would be helpful to have the space bar stop and start the transport regardless of whether a plug-in has focus. FWIW, other DAW’s (i.e. Live) handle this “properly”.

I am able to create a binding to make this work with my controller, but it would be very useful to have this work without a binding.

Bumperty bump.

@brad, Also, re. start/stop I have an issue with song position pointer not resetting in a plugin after starting from a stopped poisiton. Will create a fun new thread for that one.
