Song Open Dialog: Possible to only look in the current (not sub) directories?

Is there a setting in the Song Open dialog to only look in the current directory, not the sub directories?

I often archive the songs under each of the bands I play in, and it appears that, by default, Cantabile lists songs in the selected directory and all of its sub-directories.

Or perhaps some metadata that is part of the song or set fwe can use to identify specific arrangements, instruments, or bands.

Maybe it’s there arleady but I just don’t know how to get to it.
