Setting up a rack with Synthmaster presets - SOLVED

I’m wondering if anyone else has tried setting up a rack with Synthmaster 2 plugins. Looking at the different options for saving presets, it appeared that “Use Plugin’s Programs” was not the correct option since only one preset (not a list of presets) was available. So I switched preset type to “Entire Plugin Snapshot”, selected one SynthM preset, set it as Plugin Snapshot 1, then selected another for Plugin Snapshot 2. But when I switch rack states, the plugin preset doesn’t change. What am I doing wrong?

Did you tick the "entire bank
box on the left side panel under your state names? I use Synthmaster2 and this works for me.
