Hi there, I am a new bee at all of this stuff. I’m just wondering if anyone knows how to send an octave change to a Roland PK-5 midi foot pedal from within Cantabile’s song state. I have the vst plugin in a rack and its working fine, but it’s always the wrong octave. Is there a way to force an octave to the midi pedals? Thx!
I would expect that what you want to do is to make an octave shift on the midi signal that you RECEIVE from the PK-5, right? If so, just use the midi settings on the input port:

Took me a while to get used to letting Cantabile handling everything, so now I am not doing much configuration of external controllers, all conversions etc. are handled in Cantabile. A new way of thinking, compared to my old setups.
