Route audio output to vst sampler input

I’ve got TX16Wx vst sampler. It appears to have the ability to sample/record audio data from the output of other vst instrument plugins. Does Cantabile support this type of routing? What I want is to setup my other plugins, then play and have the audio out routed to the audio input of the TX16Wx input so I can sample it. Possible with cantabile, maybe with pro? Help appreciated, thanks!

just route the audio output of the vst instrument to the audio input of the TX16Wx

After that you will be able to record the output of the vsti using the Wave editor recording section of TX16Wx.
