Reset List of CC-Values - possible?

With this binding I catch my beat when the Song changes…

because to reset the light…so that Effects like Circles starts at the right moment…

my question: normaly the chain of values is reseted when song starts

but in building mode of new songs it would be good to have a command to reset the trigger-chain to the startpoint …

so my Keyboard is sending a MidiStart and i want this to retrigger the chain without starting the song again in Cantabile …possible ore not???

I tested some scenarios in racks and with reset commands but the only
case it is resetting is to load a new song…
don’t know why song reset isn’t working here.
