Rack Button binding learn - only button 1?

Objective - to have rack buttons open GUI of designated plugin within rack.
Open bindings window within rack and learn.
Go to rack top level and click button #1. Assigns perfectly and allows binding to be completed.
Try to repeat for buttons 2 and 3, does not register.
Ended up tweaking a copy of first binding and flipped button value to required button. Works.

Same issue here on 4307. Only learns on rack custom button 1. Definitely a little bug.
