They specialized in ambisonics and spatial and have been picked up by Sennheiser, who apparently has new plans for their technology, so Sennheiser has chosen to provide the majority of the Dear Reality catalog as freeware. Not all of it is purely spatial and ambisonics, they also have a virtual studio for those who want to mix in headphones that sounds pretty nice and a reverb with a couple of tricks and an interesting additive distortion.
