Programs for full back up

I know this a bit off topic, but I am looking for a good program to do full backups of my computer. I have been using the same program for a while now, unfortunately it is having problems on my new computer, and is no longer made or supported. There are a lot of tech savy people on this forum, so I was wondering what you guys use. I am not interested in in a cloud type backup service.

I have done some research and it is hard to tell as almost every program has very mixed reviews.
