Possible to "Merge Songs"

I am in the process of moving from a hardware / software rig to a Cantabile only rig. I have a “master song template” that is pretty much “Torsten abstracted.” I’ll copy that as a starting point for each modified song, but I was wondering how any of you have gone from one setup to another. It would be great if I was able to paste the old “data” into the template copy and work from there…

Suggestions?

Hi,

Brad has logged my suggestion that an import feature between songs would be really useful. In the meantime you can copy and paste objects but you need to keep opening and closing the source and destination songs, which is a bit of a faff, but the cut and paste worked perfectly.
