It does seem weird but if you think about it the Rhodes rack is enabled so it does see the Rack MIDI In still even though you have it’s input route disabled because it’s MIDI IN is still listening. It doesn’t affect operation because the note never enters the rack (because the input route is disabled) Any how I think that is the explanation.
