No Midi in & out in Cantabile but Midi in"MidiView"

(Cantabile Performer Version 4.0 Build 4328)

Hello everyone,
Since my last concert in November 2025, I’ve taken a long break and haven’t used Cantabile. I’m reconnecting my entire studio. I have a Novation Launchkey 61 connected via USB and an RD-800 connected via DIN (IN and OUT) to a UR-22 MK1, which is also connected to my PC via USB. This configuration has been used for several months without any problems.
Cantabile can see the MIDI via the Launchkey via USB, but not the MIDI coming from the UR-22. I have checked my MIDI connections 10 times and everything is OK. I downloaded a ‘MIDI view’ app onto my PC and this programme can see every note I play on my PC. I have absolutely no idea why Cantabile isn’t receiving or sending anything when my PC is receiving it fine.
The MIDI channel used between Cantabile and my RD-800 is 16.
I don’t know what I’ve missed or forgotten to do, but I’m tearing my hair out. Do you have any ideas for a solution?
Thank you in advance for your help.

I tested with channel 1,2,3 …16 I see that change in the “MidiView” but doens’t change anything in Cantabile. No reaction

Check your MIDI port configurations in Tools>Options>MIDI Ports for your keyboard or controller. Sometimes the checked MIDI ports get disconnected and will have “(not connected)” shown next to the port name. Check the rest of the checkbox list for a duplicate port that is unchecked and check it. That will usually get the port working.
