in this case the first block is copyed from another identical Rack in same Mother-Rack

But… you can see only the second handmade bindings are working.

behaviors are the same in both parts

the problem is that the copyed 3 lines (first block) does’nt work
(copyed from another rack with identical structure)

you can see the green status LED …no reaction but the last (same) 3 lines ‘handmade’ are working fine
