Is it possible to change between two sounds by morphing using a control knob?
Depends how you want to do it. If you want to morph by tweaking the parameters on a single plugin then no (not yet anyway). This was supported in Cantabile 2 but not yet in Cantabile 3.
If on the other hand you mean having two separate plugins and want to crossfade between them then yes you can do that by creating a two bindings that control the gain of those two plugins, one the inverse of the other.
