Any ways to automatically send a MIDI command (preferably a Program Change) request to my keyboards when a song/scene is active
Like if I load a song, that should send a MIDI program change command to my keyboards, so I don’t need to change my keyboard patches by hand.

if I understand well what you are asking for, you could use a binding like this one:
This binding “fires” at song load and sends a Program Change through a Midi Port (which on my system is called “External synth”).
Another possible trigger is “On state load” if you want the program change to be sent when you change state.
