Linked Rack States and Cherry Eight Voice

I’m having issues putting together linked racks for the Cherry Audio Eight Voice (OB 8 voice synth emulator). I create a new rack state, enable the program and bank settings, and then save it. However, when I select a different state the program on the Eight Voice doesn’t change.

I’m also having issues with some other VST’s, but this is the one that I’m hoping that solving this one will also solve the other ones.

Thoughts?

I am not sure exactly what is going on as I am not having any trouble with this plugin. Here is what the inside of my rack looks like so far:

So… now it’s working again. Not sure what I did or didn’t do, but apparently the hammer I used was the right one (or whatever it was) did the trick.
