License Question

Hey- I want to have a backup laptop running in case my main one goes down. I have a machine I want to try that I suspect just isn’t powerful enough for the job; I’m guessing I can download a 2nd trial version just to check that out.

Now, if it works, or if I get another laptop, will I need to buy a 2nd license? In theory it should never have to be used apart from an emergency. It’s just there for insurance.

Check out the details on this page about Cantabile’s licensing system. To cut a long story short, you can use the same licence on your backup machine. It definitely works because I do exactly this with my backup machine.
