If you’re using Cantabile v4307 or later, you can use the new “apply global transpose in MIDI filter” feature to solve this. Here’s how:

First make sure “Ignore Global Transpose” is checked in your route settings. This prevents Cantabile from transposing notes before they reach your key split filter.

Then add a Transpose MIDI filter after your key split filter with the new “Global Transpose” option set to “Apply”:
This will make it so that the global transpose is applied after the split, retaining the physical split point and only transposing the pitches.
