Love the features for Performer, but there is a way to get instant loads for simple setups in the “Solo” version. I’ll explain for 2 sounds. Add both to a song and mute one, then bind a trigger to both mute buttons. Every time you hit the trigger, one will mute and one will unmute. This has obvious limitations but it might help somebody.

Mute (disable) your MIDI routes into your plugins, and keep the plugins always unmuted, and you’ll get instant super-slick changes
