I want to filter out all sound above certain velocity, how can I do it?

I’m creating a combi with Cantabile and I want to filter out the output of an instrument patch, in all velocities above 79.
I don’t manage to understand how to it
Help needed.

After about 3 hours of intensive messing with Cantabile I got it.
The misconception was that the velocity gate filter doesn’t start to take effect before exit from its menu, as opposed to MIDI route menu.
