i’m receiving the mail with the serial key but the window throws an unknown error 500 and i can’t do anything with that key…
You may have caught me in the middle of a server transition. Is this still happening for you? If so, please post screen shot of exactly where the error is happening and what it’s saying and I’ll look into it.
OK, I’ve had a closer look at this. Because you registered right when I was in the process of moving servers I think something went wrong with the creation of your account.
The easiest way to rectify this is to just re-create your account so I’ve deleted the old faulty account. Just try signing up again now - it should work. Let me know if any problems.
