Cantabile, Skype and Wasapi

I’ve been using Wasapi in shared mode to simultaneously run audio files and Cantabile on my laptop. The audio signal goes from my laptop, out the headphone jack and is amplified through a pair of JBL studio monitors. So far so good. I’ve started taking some piano lessons via Skype. I have the USB webcam mic set as my Skype audio source.
