How do I delete midi devices in Cantabile 2?

Hi,

I’m new here though I’ve been using Cantabile 2 for several years.

Can someone please tell me how to delete midi devices within Cantabile 2? Searching the threads it seems that it’s easier in v.3, so specifics regarding v.2 would be good, and if someone can help I’d appreciate it.

Hi,

You can’t - Cantabile 2 simply lists out all the MIDI devices on the system and lets you put checkmarks next to the ones you want to use.

In v3 it’s different because you create MIDI ports and map them to devices. You can delete the ports - but not the device.
