Came across this tonight and found it interesting. For those not yet adept at or haven’t switched to Windows 11 (me being one of them) this might make your life easier

Thanks for the tip!

Setting up a GodMode shortcut on my desktop using the ExplorerShell code was easy. I used it to change 2 things: single click instead of double click, and slowing the blinking cursor rate to its slowest setting.

EDIT: Changing to “single click” to effect immediately after clicking on “Apply”. I had to restart Windows for the changed blink rate to take effect.

EDIT 2: When I changed to “single click”, I didn’t pay attention to its 2 sub-options. The default is to underline everything. Nope, didn’t like that at all. I changed it to underline the thing the mouse if pointing to. Much better.
