Setting up a GodMode shortcut on my desktop using the ExplorerShell code was easy. I used it to change 2 things: single click instead of double click, and slowing the blinking cursor rate to its slowest setting.
EDIT: Changing to “single click” to effect immediately after clicking on “Apply”. I had to restart Windows for the changed blink rate to take effect.
EDIT 2: When I changed to “single click”, I didn’t pay attention to its 2 sub-options. The default is to underline everything. Nope, didn’t like that at all. I changed it to underline the thing the mouse if pointing to. Much better.
