[FR] Media player's tempo and signature controllable via binding target (and states)

Currently neither the tempo nor the signature is available to choose as binding target.
Both should be accessible the same way as when using “Metronome” as binding target.

Intention: I want to use transport triggers to realise tempo/signature changes (instead of having to create a dummy Midi file). It works (somehow) when I use Metronome as master, but this implies other adverse effects like not being able to freely set the transport position, etc.

I’d like to cancel this feature request, but somehow I can’t edit or delete the post (in contrast to other posts by me).

I’m gonna use MIDI files for this.
