Experimental VST 3 Support

It's been a long time coming, but Cantabile now supports VST 3 plugins!

At this stage, this should be considered experimental and is still under testing but it's basically working and certainly good enough for an early access release.

Very interesting! I have not even LOOKED at my VST3 versions of my plugins yet, but this gives me a good reason to now.

Wow. This is great news! Especially since Reason will launch its VST3-only rack plugin this week which will enable me to use my 50 or so Reason Rack Extensions live in Cantabile!
