I know this is not a Cantabile issue but since there are a lot of smart people here, i thought i would ask. If it violates forum etiquette, please delete it.
Recently Divisimate went from it’s usual 32 midi ports to 567. DM support suggested uninstalling (went to none) and reinstalling. After reinstalling it went back to expected 32. I rebooted, opened DM stand-alone to check my registration status and then closed it. Laptop sitting there with nothing plugged in and no apps running started making repeated sound of USB device being plugged in. And I’m back 567 DM ports. Has anyone seen anything like this?
FWIW Cantabile still works just fine with the normal 32 DM ports. MidiOx is hosed. Constant error messages about deviceID out of range.
