When I add the Amplitube 5 plugin cantabile crashes when it tries to load the vst3.
(Windows 11) I don’t have any problems using the a5 vst plugin in other apps (like studio one)
I have successfully performed with A5 in Cantabile. I bought it on sale a few months ago, and it gave me no issues. I just recently changed my audio interface, with no issue, either. I don’t know where to start looking for the problem, maybe monitor PC function while loading it?
thanks for your reply! looks like it has something to do with memory access. I have the issue only with the Cantabile A5 combi.
I have the same problem - Cantabile immediately crashes when loading the VST3 version. Works fine with VST2 so as far as I’m concerned - problem solved. 
Great! I do 't see vst2 yet in cantabile but probably have to add its location. I will dive into that. Would be very nice. Thnx

vst2 wasn’t installed yet. After I did and used that one amplitube works! Problem solved.
(Not sure if the vst3 problem is a IK multimedia or Cantabile prob)

I was able to solve it now. It’s amblitube causing the issue, not cantabile..
The Amplitube uninstaller doesn’t really remove all its program files and after a reinstall it still uses older files.
After the IK uninstall I removed the complete A5 folder in “Program Files” first and then reinstalled the application. After that I could load the A5 VST3 in cantabile wothout any issue.
