Chord filter - odd behaviour

I have a chord mapped to note G3. This mapping always plays an A3 as part of the chord, no matter what I change it to, either manually, or by the chord selection list.

This is only happening on note G3!

I tried it here and it acts properly, no ghost notes sneaking in. Are there more details you can show to help track it down?

Weird. I’ve re-loaded the Linked Rack this filter was in (my 1-key chords Rack) and the problem has dissolved like morning mist. It was persistent until then.
