Cantabile not recognizing Korg Microkey 37

I have a little Korg keyboard which I’ve attached to my PC. It’s listed under Devices and Printers, so I know that Windows 10 does recognize it. However, it’s not listed as an available device to choose from in Cantabile Midi Port options. Any thoughts as to why?

Do you see it when you use the “add” dialog? It should be in the assignment list for making a new port.

Hi Lee,

There’s not really much that can go wrong here - Cantabile uses a list of MIDI devices reported by Windows - if it’s in the list Cantabile will show it,

I’m guessing some sort of driver problem - did it come with separate MIDI drivers? Does it appear in the MIDI device list in other apps?

The keyboard does show up as a midi device in my DAW- Reaper.

OK, can you send me a copy of your log file. Tools -> Open Settings Folder -> log.txt, log-previous.txt and settings.json
