Cantabile not finding Sample Moog using Jbridge

I have an odd problem. I have Jbridge v1.75d4 jBridger tool v1.25
Trying to get 32 bit Sample Moog and Sample Tron from IKmultimedia in Cantabile 4 and Cantabile does not “see” the software. I am pointing to the 32 bit directory on Cantabile and there are a few 32 bit plugins in the directory that are being read.

Searched all over for this problem and so far empty handed. Any bright ideas??
I have other programs where the file is being read correctly…

I use jbridge with the current version of Cantabile Performer 64bit and it automatically “jbridges” the 32bit VST’s I call up so they can run in the 64bit version of Cantabile. It’s been a long time since I had to think about 32bit VST’s. I just put them in subfolders by vendor under C:\Plugins\VST32 and Cantabile automatically uses jbridge on them.
