Have not played in awhile. So I fired up Cantabile to check updates, plugins, etc. I am running into Cantabile locking up. I can wait a minute while I get the not responding error and can restart audio. Sometimes I get a crash. The send error prompt is running into an error as well. Profiler is not catching the error. Is there an error log and guide for using that log to trouble shoot?
In your user folder there is a hidden folder (need to go click on the File Explorer’s View Tab and make sure Show Hidden files is checked to see it) called AppData. Under that is the Local folder and under that TopTen Software. In there you can see the log file that would be sent as part of a Crash Report. Everytime I’ve encountered what you describe it’s been a VST plugin I added that is the culprit. You might be able to figure out which one from the log.txt file.
