I have downloaded the software and it will not open, could you let me know if there is anything I’m missing?

Just a few thoughts. Could it be that your firewall is blocking the program from executing? If you open the Windows Task Manager, does it show an entry for “Cantabile.win”?

- Which build of Cantabile are you installing?
- What version of Windows are you running?
- Does the installation program complete successfully?
- Are there any error messages displayed when trying to start Cantabile?
- Anything else that might provide a clue as to what’s going on.
