Can controllers be inserted into Linked racks?

I have a number of controllers that I’d like automatically assign to specific VST’s. These include a (really cool) Minimoog control surface, as well as a VOCE MIDI Drawbar, and various other things that are lying around the house :slight_smile:

It seems like the right place is to put these in a Linked Rack so that they are “paired” with the VST’s, but I can’t figure out how to make that happen quickly/easily. When I open a new Linked Rack I can’t find a way to insert a controller directly into the rack.

Here’s what that looks like:
VOCE MIDI Drawbar VB3
Upper Keyboard VB3

Both the upper keyboard and the MIDI Drawbar would be connected to the rack, and ideally I’d be able to just insert the MIDI drawbar into the rack itself and not have to insert it into the Input Ports section for every song.

Yes! You have to activate the “show environment ports in racks”-checkbox in cantabiles settings! Than you can add the midi input directly inside th rack!
