@brad
Updated to build 4202 and rehearsing a set that we have done multiple times in the past and Cantabile froze solid, leaving a remnant of the metronome click hung in the (USB) output to my Behringer XR18 at about -18dB. I was able to exit Cantabile with Task Manager and restart. I tried the end of the song again, same result, but this time had to reboot to recover. It will reliably freeze every time with this midi track in the media player if it reaches the end of the file. The midi track is a drum track feeding to Addictive Drums hosted in Cantabile. I loaded a backup file of the same track and have exactly the same experience. Whatever is happening, Cantabile is completely tied up with processor use, but no response. End task is the only way out, but it will only work the first time, the second time requires a reboot. It can also scramble the XR18 so that it requires a reboot to properly process the USB audio once again. Cantabile has been pretty rock solid for us for years, but something is awry in this build.
Hi @RCMiles
Sorry you’ve had this issue. Could this be the same issue that’s already fixed in 4203 where MIDI files sometimes hang and the end of the track.
Please try 4203 and let me know if it helps.

@brad,
I updated to 4203 and it operates as expected now. Thanks for the great software and support. Cantabile is a core technology for our group.
