Issue: When opening the Global-Post Rack tab within a song, switching to a different song, and then switching back to the original song, the Global-Post Rack tab is closed. Expected behavior is for the tab visibility state to be retained, consistent with the behavior of the Global-Pre Rack tab. This behavior appears specific to the Global-Post Rack panel; the Global-Pre Rack retains its tab/view state as expected when switching between songs.

Reproduction Steps:
- Open Song A.
- Open the Global-Post Rack tab so it is visible in the main workspace view.
- (Optional) Save Song A while the Global-Post Rack tab is open.
- Load/activate Song B.
- Switch back and activate Song A.
- Observed Result: The Global-Post Rack tab has closed automatically and is no longer visible in the workspace layout upon re-activating Song A.
- Expected Result: The Global-Post Rack tab should retain its open/visible UI state across song changes—matching the persistent behavior of the Global-Pre Rack tab.
- Workaround: None found (the tab must be manually reopened each time the song is activated).
