Bug? Metronome "Sounds On/Off" binding does not fire

Hi
I’m on build 3553.
New Song.
Create source binding on Metronome Sounds On/Off with any target output port.
Click the speaker icon on the metronome toolbar to toggle sounds on/off.
The binding should fire, but doesn’t.

Hi Al,

I did a check here on latest experimental (3559) version and same deal. Looks like a bug to me @brad can clarify for us.
