I had the main UI magnified to 320% and had Set List selected in the side bar. Each time I click on the little circles to select different Songs, the Top panel (transport controls/metronome, etc…) increases in height by 2-3 pixels. I did not notice it at 200% scaling. Eventually I’d suppose the top panel would push the rest of the UI off the bottom of the screen, although I did not test the limit.

You’re right - very weird. My guess is a round error in the screen layout, but will need to look into it…
… or not! Much of this is going to be replaced with new rendering/layout engine that I’m building for the mac version and will be retrofitted for windows)
