Binding on end of media file

I am gearing up for a solo act using Cantabile 4 Performer with a MIDI drums and bass backing track that would allow me to change tempo, key, and even instrumentation without having to re-record audio. When a song (MIDI file) finishes playing in the built-in Media Player, I would like to automatically switch to a “dummy” song that only has dry microphone input (no reverb/delay) for speaking between songs. I assume there is a way to do this?

Couldn’t you include some kind of MIDI trigger at the end of the backing track’s midi file? Even like a note on an unused MIDI channet that could trigger an event within Cantabile.
