Behringer XR32 as audio interface

Wanting to rationalise some cabiling and set up time by replacing my Motu Ultralive 5 with a digital mixer which can also be used by the rest of my main band (and when I dep can just act as the audio interface). In a previous band had a great experience with a CQ20B (low latency, weighs nothing, sounds good, very reliable etc) for this. However XR32 is now the same price (at least in the UK). I’ve got an XR18 at home, and whilst this works, latency is a little high. Anyone got experience of XR32 in this context - in particular latency, sound quality and reliability?

Here’s a thread from this forum:

I’ve never encountered noticable latency with the XR18.

What driver are you choosing, and what buffer size?

It’s ASIO 128 samples with double buffering enabled, anything less has caused problems. Oh, and it’s a version 1 XR18 which might make a difference I suppose - they could have improved matters for version 2.
